Meet Chiedu Hing
Nutritional Therapist and Coach
Chiedu Hing LLB (Hons), Dip CNM, MBANT is a registered nutritionist and coach for busy professionals and families.
Chiedu is dedicated to helping people look, feel and perform at their best through practical results driven solutions. Chiedu combines her knowledge in physical and mental health optimisation along with her 18 years of experience in the legal and financial services sector, where she saw several colleagues develop burnout and chronic stress related illnesses.
Chiedu is a registered nutritional therapist with the British Association of Applied Nutritional Therapists (BANT) and a senior associate of the Royal Society of Medicine. She gained her health coaching certificate from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. She is a certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner and an Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) Practitioner, which she combines to achieve quick and effective results for her clients. Chiedu has a diploma in meditation teacher training with the British Institute of Meditation.
Chiedu has daily meditation practice which she believes helps her to remain grounded, focused and present with her clients and in her everyday life.
The biggest inspiration for The Spring Glow is Chiedu’s son. He developed chronic eczema and allergies and later experienced childhood depression and struggled in his first years of school. Frustrated with the lack of support from her GP, she decided to find an alternative.
Through a combination of hard research, lifestyle changes and the support of a naturopath, her son’s condition significantly improved and so did his mental wellbeing.
This made Chiedu realise the importance of the mind-body connection. She made a decision to take this further with committed learning and self development.
Her skills and qualifications are essential to the success of her work and she keeps these up to date with continuing professional development (CPD).
Chiedu is a proud mum and wife who enjoys cooking healthy meals for her family and friends.
She values spending time with her family to have fun, unwind and reflect.
