I am a certified Health and Lifestyle Coach and EFT practitioner specialising in stress and anxiety management.
I help people to regain balance, energy, and control over their lives.
I do this by working with them on their diet and nutrition, their confidence and stress management.
My clients typically leave our sessions feeling calm, balanced and energised.
This holistic approach bridges the gap between physical and mental wellness.

My youngest son was suffering from a chronic skin condition, social anxiety and childhood depression.
I had to care for him throughout the night while holding down a full-time corporate job during the day.
In 2013, all this stress resulted in my suffering from burnout.
As my son’s wellbeing was, (and is), my absolute priority, I researched the benefits of natural therapies.
As a result, I discovered and worked with an outstanding naturopath. She gave us an extraordinary insight into the root cause of his condition and equipped us with techniques for his improvement.
Today, things couldn’t be better for my family!
Now, my son enjoys school, loves to socialise and adores helping me to prepare healthy meals.
He is far more engaged than ever! Seriously, he is ON it!

My personal experiences and continual learning drive my passion for mind and body wellness.
As well as being an expert in emotional and physical wellness through diet and lifestyle, here are some of the other activities I personally offer to specialist groups and communities:
I run the 'Not Alone in London' Meetup Group, designed to empower women and address loneliness in London.
As Resident Anxiety Coach at the Female Speaking Academy, I deliver group EFT Training Sessions and support women thought difficult emotions during speaking training.
As a consequence of my professional training and my own personal experiences, I am a passionate advocate for lifestyle medicine. There is now increasing evidence that lifestyle factors such as poor dietary patterns, physical inactivity, tobacco and alcohol intake along chronic stress and lack of social support and community, can contribute to the start of chronic diseases.
